First day back at eating healthy!

Im such a friggin rollercoaster.. BUT I’ve cut out drinking and smoking! (how very punk rock of me. (not)

TODAY i had lemon yogurt with CHIA seeds for breakfast mmm

2 coffees (because I’m a fiend

Prunes to snack on at work (pooplife)

NOW i’m eating lunch.. veggies, lemon rosemary chicken and a pomegranate (OH BABY)

So far today I’ve had:

1 pear

1 cup of cantaloupe

1 cup of watermelon

1 tbsp of cinnamon raisin peanut butter

1 peice of quinoa toast

1 hard boiled egg


detox water (cayenne pepper, lemon, water, cucumber)

(i also snuck a peice of toblerone) ((sneaky bitch))

OH WELL ! healthy healthy.
